Solomon
In deference to the 19th century builder/architect Solomon Willard, the father of Quincy, MA granite industry, “The Solomon” will sit at the foot of the former granite quarries on the corner of Willard Street and Bates Avenue.
The mixed-use structure will house 12 apartment units and ground level retail space to service the West Quincy neighborhood. Convenient to major arteries and access to Boston, the contemporary design is defined by a playful use of materials and the “L” shape configuration creates a natural courtyard for resident use.
